What is Undue’s policy for indirect costs for nonprofit partners?

Undue Medical Debt supports organizations whose work advances our mission and the goals of the organization. Undue adopted this Indirect Cost Policy in recognition that nonprofit organizations have indirect costs that are not directly attributable to projects or activities being funded directly by Undue but are necessary to support these funded projects or activities. This policy ensures that we are being good stewards of the donor funds being provided to Undue. This policy also has the approval of the Board of Directors of Undue. We allow 10% indirect cost rate to be associated with any project or service provided by a non-profit organization. In adopting this policy, the Undue aims to be explicit, transparent and equitable across our projects and partners.
